Boys Will Be Boys

Judging by the look on his face, I don't think Boots saw it coming!!

I have a sneaking suspicion this would leave a "bibbity bobbity" boo boo!! (that was a seriously LAME attempt at humor)

I came into the toy room and found my boys engulfed in playing with the MEGA T-REX (when I say that in my head it is this big, deep, booming voice that echos.... MEGA T-REX.....T-Rex....T-rex....t-rex) and the MEGA SPINE-O-SAURUS (nothing spectacular happens for me with this one....). I just keep telling myself they are BOYS and it is NORMAL for them to do this kinda thing. They are just BOYS......being BOYS....I hope!

How funny! Nope, boys don't need to be "taught" these things, they just come wired that way.

Yes - they live in their own little wierd worlds. I sometimes am afraid to go into my son's room to see what he is up to. Lately, his daddy has been giving him knives (pocket) and he will be in there widdling wood all over the floor. They are all about destroying stuff, climbing on stuff, throwing stuff ... so different than girls and so much fun. Have a good week. See you later. Kellan

I can honestly say I don't think we have a single dinosaur in our house! Lots of Boots and Dora's though.

Love the new pic of the kids to the right. All dressed up snazzy!!

You are too funny! Not to sound sexist, but there definitely is a big difference in how little girls and little boys play, you hit the nail on the head! You'll never see a little girl pretending that her stuffed animal is gobbling up her Hanna Montana doll, it just ain't gonna happen! BTW, just read your meme, the best responses I've heard in a long time, LOL!!

We have about 10 of these dinosaurs, including the two in your post. And they have eaten many of our toys. Yep, normal behavior for boys. When you have to start worrying is when the prey is alive.

Jared is, so far, far more into super heros than dinosaurs, but the day is coming, I'm sure... LOL

I cracked up at the MEGA T-REX in the booming voice... LOL! And I thought the bibbity bobbity boo boo was rather clever.

It is certainly a "boys will be boys" issue. No teaching required! I took your birthday meme tag, thanks!

I know I already commented but this afternoon I saw MEGA T-REX at Costco. I had to stop and check him out. (Way cool toy, I wanted to buy it) I thought of your cute boys and then thought of the poor fate of Boots. It made me smile!!
